@dukcaboose No I can't agree on that. Every trainer will tell you that more than 90 degrees is the way to do it, if you have 90 degrees you will get hurt, it might even affect your back. You can search on "How to train parkour" on youtube here, and you can get a video from some of the people in LA or where ever it is, where trainers tell you that it is so.
